| .Willie (William) A. Houle, formerly of Woonsocket and Cumberland, RI until 2008, passed away on August 8, 2009 in Snellville, GA, where he was residing with his daughter, Therese. He was born in Woonsocket, RI on February 18, 1908. He was married to the late Ino Marie (Demers) Houle and the late Rita Therese (Leclair/Cournoyer) Houle. He was the son of the late Donat and Delima (Pelletier/Houle) Barnabe. He worked as a baker, an accountant and then later in life, until his retirement, as an optician for his son Emery, an optometrist. |

| He was the proud father of the late Dr. Emery A. Houle and his wife Stella, of Therese M. Chamberland her husband, Roger, and of Gerard A. Houle and his wife, Margaret. He was the brother of the late Leo Houle. He was also the half-brother of Eva Barnabe, Theophile Barnabe, the late John Barnabe and the late Camille Barnabe. Willie greatly enjoyed his 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. |
