Workshop Series:
AFGS has just completed the Spring workshop series and we are now developing the Fall series. Thank you to our presenters and the many attendees who enjoyed the programs. We look forward to bringing you another series beginning in September. The workshops are presented free of charge through a grant from the Lefoyer Endowment Fund.

Volunteers Needed:AFGS is an all-volunteer non-profit organization. As such we look to members who have specific skills who are willing to help the society maintain its excellent standing as a premier genealogical and historical organization. We are planning to distribute a survey by email to our members outlining the specific skills we need. Many volunteers from around the country working from home on a variety of projects. You need not live locally or visit the society to make a difference.
